BGP Incident Analysis is a routing-event investigation tool. It is provided "as is", without warranty. Its analysis is technical assistance, not a legal finding or a definitive attribution of responsibility. You may not use it to attack, overload or bypass the service's limits, nor upload data you have no rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. The Free plan has quotas; the Pro plan is activated manually while there is no billing. You can delete your account at any time.
